What is happening? We are currently seeing errors when trying to perform Full Deployments for websites running on PHP 8.1. A recent update from an external software provider (the team that maintains PHP packages) contains an issue that prevents new server configurations from finishing successfully.
How does this affect you?
Existing Websites: Your live websites are not affected and will remain online.
Full Deployments: If you try to perform a full system update or environment refresh on PHP 8.1, the process will fail.
The Workaround: You can still update your website using Code-Only Deployments. These are working normally and are the recommended way to push updates for now.
Next Steps: We are currently investigating and testing for a high-priority fix. We will notify you as soon as full deployments are back to normal.
