During this time, no planned updates—including infrastructure updates, or platform feature releases - will occur. This freeze is to ensure platform stability over the holiday period.
Emergency Changes:
Critical issues, such as security vulnerabilities or major incidents affecting platform availability, will be addressed under the Emergency Change Policy. Relevant communications will be shared as needed.
